Senior Specialist, Invoice to Pay

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to deliver Invoice to Pay  services in line with customers´ needs and expectations.


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Perform ad-hoc activities without supervision related to the ITP area
  • Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams
  • Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures
  • First line of support for the Team leader  for improvement initiatives and participates in projects and providing assistance on I2P-related inquiries,via appropriate channels (tickets,calls, etc.).
  • Identify process improvements: Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologies
  • Support Solution Owners and Process Owners in continuous improvement and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures of the CBS
  • Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with team leader to resolve issues
  • Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the CBS
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Providing Training and support to less experienced colleagues.

What you will need to succeed:

We are looking for a Senior Professional  who has strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and communication skills and International mind-set, who displays a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies.
Ideally you have:
  • Minimum bachelor degree in finance or business
  • More than 3 years of experience in I2P area
  • Experience with simple to complex query handling
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP/Cloud system preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Full proficiency of written and oral English required
