Process Specialist, Record to Report

We are looking for a Process Specialist, Record to Report to support the Global Process Owner in performance measures, process standardization and policies creation. Including touch points and interfaces to related process areas.

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Support Global Process Owner in process standardization and harmonization through continuous improvement (incl. automation and robotics)
  • Identify new improvement opportunities
  • Assist with KPIs and measurements to assess and manage the performance of the end-to-end process
  • Organise and coordinate process development activities in collaboration with parallel Process Owners
  • Support service delivery is with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with the SLA
  • Ensure compliance to Internal Control framework within your function
  • Participate in transition activities through analysing and mapping country specific deviations and enrolling the global processes
  • Support that cross-functional processes in creating the best possible end to end efficiency.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP would be preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), PowerPoint and process mapping tools
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required, other languages being an asset
  • Project Management exposure.
