Process Specialist, Order to Cash

We are looking for Process Specialist, Order to Cash for Kalmar business to support the OTC process including performance measures, process standards and policies including touch points and interfaces to related process areas.
 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Data Management, Business Intelligence, Systems Knowledge
  • Data Collection
  • Support Process Manager in process standardisation and harmonization through continuous improvement (incl. automation and robotics)
  • Identify new improvement opportunities
  • Assist with KPIs and measurements to assess and manage the performance of the end-to-end process
  • Organise and coordinate process development activities in collaboration with parallel Process Owners
  • Support service delivery is with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with the SLA
  • Ensure compliance to Internal Control framework within your function
  • Various reporting support
     

What you’ll need to succeed

 

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or similar
  • +2 years of experience in an international environment 
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Time Management
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Logical thinking
  • Process oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 2 years SAP experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), Powerpoint and process mapping tools
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
