Process Specialist, Invoice To Pay

Purpose of the position

 

To support the Invoice to Pay process incl.  performance measures, process standards and policies including touch points and interfaces to related process areas.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Data Management, Business Intelligence, Systems Knowledge
  • Support Global Process Owner in process standardisation and harmonization through continuous improvement (incl. automation and robotics)
  • Identify new improvement opportunities
  • Assist with KPIs and measurements to assess and manage the performance of the end-to-end process
  • Organise and coordinate process development activities in collaboration with parallel Process Owners
  • Support service delivery is with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with the SLA
  • Ensure compliance to Internal Control framework within your function
  • Various reporting support
  • Document Management
  • Participate in transition activities through analysing and mapping country specific deviations and enrolling the global processes
  • Support that cross-functional processes in creating the best possible end to end efficiency.
     

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or similar

 

Experience

  • +2 years of experience in an international environment

  • Strong analytical skills
  • 2 years SAP experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), Powerpoint and process mapping tools
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Project Management exposure
