Process Specialist, Hire to Retire

We are looking for Process Specialist, Hire to Retire to support the H2R processes including performance measures, process standards and policies including touch points and interfaces to related process areas.


Main responsibilities:

 

  • Support Global Process Owner and HR CoEs in new process design
  • Drive process standardisation and automation through continuous improvement (including automation and robotics)
  • Identify new improvement opportunities together with Process Key Users
  • Coordinate Process Key User activities with global process documents and tasks
  • Organise and coordinate process development activities in collaboration with Process Key Users
  • Drive periodic process adherence checks 
  • Ensure compliance to Internal Control framework and assist GPO with any audits and control checks
  • Global process document management
  • Delivery of various trainings on new process and HRIS tool implementations
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability
  • Responsible for securing own and co-workers’ safety and health with all possible means and in compliance to law.
     

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Minimum bachelor degree in HR, business, engineering or similar
  • +4 years of experience in an international environment
  • Previous ERP experience, SAP or Success Factors preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), Google tools and process mapping tools
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required, other languages being an asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Project Management exposure
  • Willing to travel and international mind-set
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Time Management and ability to prioritise
  • Strong analytical skills.
