Process Improvement Trainee

Purpose of the position


We are looking for а talented Trainee for our Accounting and Finance department, who strive to develop and grow in an international and respectful organisation. Main tasks and responsibilities:


  • Support General accounting Process Manager in improvement of end-to-end accounting processes;
  • Support financial reporting operational activities;
  • Support alignment of performance measures, business rules, standards and policies;
  • Assist with KPIs and measurements to assess and manage the performance of the end-to-end process;
  • Organise and coordinate process development activities in collaboration with the Process Owners;
  • Project management exposure.


What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance or Economics or minimum 2nd year of studies;
  • Relevant experience in finance operations;
  • Good MS-office skills or Google Suite knowledge;
  • Problem solving attitude;
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills;
  • Proficiency of written and verbal English.
