We, at Cargotec, are looking for a Training Administration and E-learning Specialist for our Hiab team, who will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content and generating ideas for improving educational materials, primarily focused on departmental processes.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Create online, engaging, and interactive resources to meet service and business needs using current e-learning software such as rapid development tools, images, graphics, video, audio, webcasts, podcasts, charts and other multimedia formats
- Update/refresh existing learning content and assessment material as and when required in the global Learning Management System
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and timely response, identifying and dealing with service issues and queries (ServiceNow)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training design fits with the overall vision for the area and business requirement
- LMS reporting and course administration .
What you’ll need to succeed
- 1+ years of experience in an international environment on a position related to L&D
- Previous experience of designing and developing e-learning solutions e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, etc
- Experience with LMS
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and other stakeholders
