Junior HR Specialist - Employee Lifecycle Processes

Cargotec Business Services was established in Sofia, Bulgaria in August 2017 and has close to 450 employees now. Our goal is to help accelerate Cargotec’s success by providing world-class global business services in the areas of Finance, Human Resources and Indirect Procurement.

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Execute standardised and scheduled Employee Lifecycle processes to deliver HR data administration for the company’s workforce in the Americas region in a consistent and efficient way;
  • Maintain the HR data of the employees in the company HRIS system and other relevant systems (payroll, e-archive, etc.);
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude to delivering HR services in line with the global processes and the specifics of the Americas HR local processes;
  • Maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders within the global HR team and other process teams;
  • Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with team leader to resolve issues;
  • Identify process improvements and support Process Owners in the continuous improvement and implementation of those; 
  • Own and manage any changes to process documentation;
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

  • Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills; 
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant field; 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines;
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required;
  • Demonstrate an attention to detail and the ability to check one’s own work; 
  • Demonstrate comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organisational hierarchies - in and outside of HR;
  • Previous experience in HR functions and/or BPO environment is an advantage.
