HR Trainee

We, at Kalmar, part of Cargotec are looking for an HR Trainee who will be responsible for delivering HR administration services in line with managers' needs and expectations. The position is part- or full-time, with an option for 4, 6 or 8 working hours per day. 

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Execute HR processes to deliver HR data administration services in a consistent and efficient way;
  • Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams;
  • Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with the respective mentor in the team;
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are satisfied and maintain a positive brand image for the Kalmar Bulgaria, part of Cargotec;
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate in company systems;
  • Be part of building up the HTR area in the CBS in close cooperation with the project team;
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability.

What you’ll need to succeed


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in the last years of studies;
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines;
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required;
  • Team player;
  • Demonstrate an attention to detail and the ability to check one’s own work.
