Global Service Delivery Lead, RTR

Purpose of the role is to lead the RTR functional area in the CBS and thus, responsible for all RTR service delivery to CBS customers according to agreed process SLA and KPIs.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage and organize the Service Delivery team globally including external BPO partner’s service delivery
  • Ensure the process performance of the Cargotec Business Services service delivery in accordance with SLA, best practices, Internal controls, KPIs etc. 
  • Overall responsibility of service strategy and roadmapping
  • Ensure Cargotec Business Services delivery according to internal customer requirements
  • Optimize resources and maximize capacity utilization
  • Cargotec Business Services  level external audit coordination
  • Be involved in setting the process service description and SLA guidelines for the process area
  • Responsible for implementation and well-functioning of To-Be process design on a global Cargotec level
  • Oversee that the end-to-end process is documented, maintained and performed according to Company/Cargotec Business Services standard
  • Support continuous process improvement and enhance cost effectiveness via various RPA initiatives and projects
  • Constant focus on customer satisfaction
  • Resource, train, motivate and manage the team within the process area
  • Support the implementation of a customer-oriented culture in the Cargotec Business Services 
  • Ensure that individual finance processes fit into overall process and service delivery in the Cargotec Business Services 
  • Be part of building up the RТR area in the Cargotec Business Services  in close cooperation with the project team 
  • Participate in transition activities when applicable
  •  Act as Senior escalation point for issues related to the specific process area
  • Manage budget, quality and risk in process area
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum master degree in finance or business
  • 8+ years of experience in finance which 2+ years in a managerial role in a finance function in international environment (preferably from a Shared Services/BPO environment)
  • Good knowledge of financial processes design and management
  • Good understanding of how individual finance processes fit into overall process and service delivery
  • Proven people management and development skills with an understanding of human resources and change management issues
  • Strong organizing skills
  • Budget, cost & performance management
  • Service management & control
  • Knowledge of industry best practices
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills 
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Willing to travel and International mind-set
