Global Service Delivery Lead, RTR

The purpose of the role is to lead the Record to Report functional area in the Cargotec Business Services Finance and thus being responsible for Global R2R service delivery and organization.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage and organize the Service Delivery team including external BPO partner’s service delivery
  • Manage budget, quality and risk in process area
  • As a member of CBS Finance Mgmt think wider than within responsibility area only
  • Ensure the high performance of the CBS service delivery in accordance with SLA, best practices, Internal controls, KPIs etc. 
  • Responsible for implementation and well-functioning To-Be process design
  • Overall responsibility of service strategy and roadmapping
  • Optimize resources and maximize capacity utilization
  • Optimize RTR organization structure to drive for productivity
  • Resource, train, motivate and manage the organization
  • Support the implementation of a customer-oriented culture in the CBS and seek for good customer satisfaction
  • CBS level external audit coordination
  • Participate in transition activities when applicable
  • Act as Senior escalation point for issues related to the specific process area
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Minimum master degree in finance or business  
  • 8+ years of experience in finance which 2+ years in a managerial role in a finance function in international environment (preferably from a Shared Services/BPO environment) 
  • Good knowledge of financial processes design
  • Proven people management and development skills with an understanding of human resources and change management issues
  • Strong organizing skills and passion to drive for a change
  • Budget, cost & performance management
  • Service management
  • Knowledge of industry best practices
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and internal controls
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills 
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Willing to travel and International mind-set
