Global Process Owner, Master Data Management

Purpose of the position

 

The Global Process Owner Master Data will provide process ownership in designing end to end master data processes under the principle of the strategic company model and will act as the Change Agent, creating a strong stakeholder relationship with the Service Delivery Leads, GPOs of other units and the Business Units by using Change Management methodologies to ensure seamless integration of the processes.

 

The position's primary location is Bulgaria, but other locations such as Poland or Finland can also be considered.  

 

Other key accountabilities:

  • Focus on delivery excellence with monitoring quality and performance of the E2E MD processes based on KPI dashboards and analytics and aligned with corporate and business objectives; 
  • Drive continuous  improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness based on root cause analyses and process audits;
  • Responsible for Delivery excellence and strong hand in hand collaboration with the Service Delivery Lead (SDL), Solution Owners and Supplier MD architect and enabling support functions for improving business processes, driving results by providing greater transparency into the SLA’s, benchmarking with industry best practices, creating efficiencies through innovative solutions, with a focus on standardization and improved governance;
  • Act as an ambassador for the Global Business Services concept and actively supporting in building and maintaining a strong internal and external stakeholder relationship strategy;
  • Support the implementation of the CBS Global Master Data Strategy for all countries and business units, playing an integral role in planning and executing initiatives towards the overall Master Data Governance vision;
  • Process Ownership and Process Design;
  • Coaching and Training of Processes and Monitoring Productivity & Quality;
  • Standardization of processes, process improvements & financial management and compliance;
  • Change Management, Communication and Executive engagement;
  • Decision making;
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability;
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Education

  • University degree;
  • Lean and Six Sigma - Green Belt or Black Belt certification would be an advantage;
  • Project Management training or certification (SAFe or SCRUM);
  • Business Processes Management (BPM) certification would be an advantage.

 

Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive/management work experience in a manufacturing industry;
  • Progressive experience working in/with BPO/Shared service;
  • Proficient on Google toolkits;
  • Proficient English;
  • Experience with any of the systems: SalesForce, SAP S4/HANA, Ivalua and MDM systems.
