Global Process Owner, Invoice To Pay

Cargotec CBS Finance Services, Global Finance Processes Team is responsible for design and implementation of the best in class Finance Processes across Cargotec global organization, as well as creation and maintenance of company finance policies and process documentation. 

We are looking for Global Process Owner, Ivoice to Pay (ITP) to join Cargotec CBS Finance Services.

 

The position holder will report to Tomasz Wierusz-Walknowski, Global Finance Processes Manager.

The position is based at Cargotec CBS office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
 

Main tasks and responsibilities

As Global Process Owner, ITP, you will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the ITP process incl. defining the ITP process strategy, performance measures, end-to-end process standards, internal controls and policies. Your key responsibilities will include:


•    Providing process specific documentation, expertise and  guidance for process analysis and improvement 
•    Developing KPIs and measurements to assess and manage the end-to-end process as well as delivering results against established KPIs and measurements
•    Leading process standardization and harmonization through continuous improvement (incl. automation and robotics)
•    Benchmarking to create and share leading practices, identify development opportunities
•    Ensuring service to be delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with the SLA
•    Maintaining up-date SLA and operational metrics according to changes
•    Actively participating in building up the ITP area in the CBS in close cooperation with the project team 
•    Participating in other transition activities when applicable.

What you will need to succeed:

•    Minimum bachelor degree in business, finance or accounting
•    5 years of relevant work experience with the business process area in an international environment (ITP)
•    Business acumen, good understanding of global business environment and its requirements
•    Ability to work with complexity of topics and to prioritize 
•    Implementation and solution-driven mindset
•    Skills to enable a collaborative agenda and drive mutual success across organizations
•    Excellent communication, interaction, influencing and team skills with the ability to work efficiently with wide networks
•    Ability to take personal ownership for developing people, provide support in performance and reinforcing roles 
•    Strong analytical skills and understanding of project management methodologies
•    Project and change management skills as well as transition and operational excellence  will be considered as an asset
•    Willingness to learn and be a part of new technology development 
•    Certification of Lean/Six Sigma is an asset
•    Fluency in English is essential, other languages being an asset.
