We are looking for a Data Specialist to perform and support accurate analyses for OTC project / management team by gathering data and developing solutions to meet business needs for regular operations review. This will require a deep understanding of the organization's resource tracking and tools as well as an overview of the OTC's contribution to the project. You will be asked to support regular operations review meetings, helping to build professional chart decks using SAP, Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • To be part of the Task Force project team 
  • Coordinate regular review of staffing and project plans with resource and project managers throughout the Task Force project
  • Develop clear and concise reports on staffing supply/demand and gaps.
  • Support Task Force project managers/team in running regular operations reviews with the … management
  • Develop and enhance business processes surrounding resource management and change control
  • User support
  • Supports the project team on new process and tool implementation
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Management, Finance or a related field
  • Very good skills in Google Sheets (Microsoft Excel) spreadsheet analysis and complex functions and pivot tables
  • 2+ years of experience in finance and / or data analyses 
  • Advanced finance knowledge
  • Ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment, but also perform well on your own, with minimal supervision
  • Good organization skills and ability to multitask when handling large amount of information/data.
  • Previous knowledge/experience in data analysis of corporate resource and business process management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive way of working, ability to drive projects forward
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
