Communication Manager

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Help develop communication as a strategic tool for leading business and people.
  • Encourage dialogue and involvement and contribute to a learning culture
  • Help define, plan, execute and measure how our ccommunications help achive our Cargotec Business Services business needs as well as the global communications strategy.
  • Support leaders to plan and deliver effective communication
  • Support change processes with effective communications.
  • Support with plans and content to tell the Cargotec Business Services story
  • Have a sound professional judgment with ability to identify risks and opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Well-developed communication thinking, strong attention to detail, and tactical execution skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills in developing press releases, case studies, blogs, narrative messaging, presentations, Q&As, etc.
  • Good knowledge of how to work effectively with different channels and media like photos, videos,  
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team; flexible and adaptable in a changing project environment
  • Good  knowledge about Google applications and social media landscape
  • Oriented towards developing new practises, benchmark and try new
  • Project management skills or experience
