More than 350 people in Bulgaria provide services in the areas of Finance, HR and Indirect Procurement.

We are looking for Accountant support accounting services for selected processes and countries, which include accounting for and coordination of month-end general ledger close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities
 

  • Acts as primary point of contact for selected partners and/or processes
  • Responsible for financial reporting operational activities.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Participate/lead cross trainings of junior associates and new team members
  • Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner.
  • Follow internal control procedures and all accounting policies in accordance with CAS and internal control framework. 
  • The role has controlling and reporting responsibilities over all processes in the end-to-end accounting: OTC, ITP, HR activities, and how they are reflected and accounted for in the books. 
  • The role executes ongoing control over the accounting activities in the respective ledger, for which it is responsible.  
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance operations
  • Experience with simple to complex query handling
  • Good MS-office skills, ERP knowledge 
  • Process knowledge on RTR
  • Proficiency of written and oral English.
