HR Trainee

Purpose of the position

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team

Main tasks and responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team including but not limited to:

• Maintain HR Documentation
• Recruitment co-ordination e.g. Pre-Screening of candidates, updating recruitment status
• Work Passes Application and Renewals·Training co-ordination e.g. training course registration, update training tracking list and follow up on training evaluation form and course payment
• Flexible Benefits Administration
• Manage Payment Processes
• HR reporting and data analysis
• HR related projects

What you’ll need to succeed

• O/A Levels with work experience or Diploma and above without work experience
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Proactive, Meticulous & Organised
• Willingness to learn and contribute
