Senior Specialist, Credit Card Management

Cargotec is looking for a Senior Specialist Accounts Payable and Credit Card Management to support the global financial transactional Accounts Payable and Credit Card services for CBS customers in Americas region using the ONE Platform (SAP and Basware with global finance processes including offshore operations). Senior AP and Credit Card Management Specialist is the CBS subject matter expert in AP and Credit Card area in the daily recurring service operations and separate assignments.

Senior AP and Credit Card Management Specialist follows Cargotec practices and policies and promotes process-driven way of working. Senior AP and Credit Card Management Specialist ensures cross-organizational consistency in his/her own actions and supports global standardization when local business interests or statutory regulations are conflicting with the global company practices and processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Perform AP and Credit cards related transactional activities without supervision related to the Invoice to Pay area;
  • Support the vendor master data set up and documentation validation (W-9 and W-8 forms);
  • Active member of the I2P area by delivering ad-hoc requests to suppliers, business partners, colleagues; be a point of contact through email or phone for AP or Credit Card inquiries;
  • Maintain good working relationships within the other process Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures;
  • Fifth Third MasterCard handling (ordering, maintaining);  Reviewing expense reports submitted, along with itemized receipts to stay in compliance with Global and Local Finance requirements; acting ‘Closer’ of the individually submitted expense reports in the Fifth Third Portal
  • Exporting monthly Fifth Third MasterCard transactions, reconciling with actual MasterCard statement, customizing (pulling in coding details).
  • Maintain the Fifth Third Portal for each Fifth Third MasterCard issued, along with assigning and aligning Group Managers (for submitting/reviewing); and Line Managers (for Approving)
  • Scan monthly Fifth Third MasterCard billings to Basware, individually for processing
  • Submit CBS Ticket to record Monthly Fifth Third billing, providing posting instructions
  • Submit monthly BPOpen to transfer funds to cover the Fifth Third MasterCard bill and monthly bank fees
  • Provide TBO with bi-weekly and monthly statements of account from Fifth Third Bank
  • Submit CBS Ticket to set up each new Fifth Third MasterCard Ordering Address in SAP
  • Process Hiab Road Technician cash expense reports (via Google drive), submit JE for posting and reimbursing employees through Paycor Payroll; including set up of folders
  • Manage the us.ap@cargotec .com general AP mailbox and obtain vendor invoices from vendor websites/portals, to submit to Basware for processing & payment
  • Generate weekly National Traffic Reports for Hiab USA Inc and Kalmar USA Inc, from their website, save in shared Google drive for processing/payment
  • BPOpen supplier urgent & other payment request handling only if in SAP therefore through business approval process 
  •  Maintain BPOpen payment log file for reporting
  •  Prepare Monthly Fifth Third Mastercard Accrual - reconciled between SAP Open A/P and Basware Invoice Processing ThinClient (via External Vendor Accrual report) 
  •   First line of support for the Team leader for improvement initiatives and participates in projects and providing assistance on I2P-related queries via appropriate channels (tickets, chat, calls, etc.)

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

●    Minimum BA degree in finance or business or min. 4 years of relevant business experience and financial accounting skills
●    Experience with simple to complex query handling
●    Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills 
●    Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and communication skills
●    Good understanding of ERP; finance & controlling understanding for SAP 6.0, experience with an invoice processing system is considered as a strong advantage
●    Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT), experience with Google apps is an advantage
●    Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
●    Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
●    Good at communicating in a professional manner
●    Display a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies
●    International mind-set
