Recruitment Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:


To deliver Recruitment and candidate sourcing services in line with customers’ needs and expectations.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

 

  • Adopts a customer-centric attitude to delivering Recruitment and candidate sourcing services in line with SLAs, KPIs controls and procedures
  • Operate as Tier 1, first human-interaction responsible for resolving recruitment queries from suppliers or line managers and colleagues.
  • Drive Recruitment end-to-end process (supporting Hiring managers, job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, on-line testing, scheduling interviews)
  • Suggests new tactics for filling new roles, and brainstorm with recruitment team and line managers to create sourcing strategies for each position;
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, job boards, university boards, recruitment agencies, and events;
  • Monitor recruitment agencies effectiveness and propose changes in the vendors used based on cost and efficiency.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications and process referrals and internal applications, to create short and long list of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and how they would fit into the role;
  • Arrange face-to-face and online video interviews by coordinating schedules;
  • Maintain proper records in the ATS and other relevant systems;
  • Monitor and evaluate current recruitment statistics.
  • Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams
  • Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with team leader to resolve issues.
  • Identify process improvements: Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologies
  • Support Solution Owners and Process Owners in continuous improvement and implementation of procedures of the CBS Recruitment
  • Owns and manages changes to recruitment documents and templates
  • Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the CBS
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Ensure data is accurate in company systems
  • Be part of building up the H2R area in the CBS in close cooperation with the project team
  • Train and support colleagues in activities within own area of speciality
  • Participate in transition activities when applicable:
  • Support the functional workstream
  • Actively participate in transition, knowledge transfer and work shadowing activities, conduct testing and service readiness activities
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Education:

 

  • Minimum bachelor degree in HR or business

 

Experience:

 

  • 1-3 years experience in HR domain and/or recruitment. 
  • Experience working with applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process in medium to large organizations

 

Competencies:

 

  • Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
  • Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
  • Demonstrate comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organisational hierarchies - in and outside of HR

  • the Contact team
  • the Transaction team, Local HR Advisors and HR Specialised Services for escalated queries 
  • the entire H2R area (Service Delivery Director, Team Managers and other Team Members)
  • the Global Process Owner and system owners
  • Customers of the CBS
  • Other stakeholders across the CBS and the Global Company (to the extent required, such as ServiceNow and ZONE team, Payroll provider)
