Parts Sales Support Manager

As a Parts Sales Support Manager you will lead the Parts Sales Support team and be providing support in spare parts inquiries and related processes from central parts to selected market areas/countries in  the Kalmar frontline and support Area Sales Management in profitable growth of the business.       
 
Main responsibilities:
 
 ● Build   and   manage   a   global   high   performing   team
 ● Processing   parts   inquiries  including:   

  •   Price   &   Lead   
  •   Lead   Time  
  •   Technical   questions  

 ● Monitoring  open customer cases   and   work   towards   quick   resolution   and   improvements  (coordinating   with  other   central   support   functions)  
 ● Follow-up   on   sales   activities,   quotes,   orders   and   backlog  
 ● Support   Area   Sales   Management   with   activities  to:  

  •  Drive   the   sales   and   profitable   growth   according   to   the   target   set  
  •  Grow   capture   rate   according   to   the   target   set  
  •  Grow   eCommerce   according   to   the   target   set  
  •  Implementation   of   Proactive   and   Systematic   Sales  
  •  Increase   of   Parts   Care   contracts  
  •  Offer   Parts   package  
  •  Offer   Parts   Care   contracts  
  •  Execute   obsolete   sales.  
     

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

 

 ● Bachelor   degree   in   Technical   or   Business   Management   
 ● Minium   3-5   years   of   experience   in   the   industry  
 ● Experience   in   international   and   multicultural   work  
 ● Sales   Support   in   a   global   matrix   team   environment  
 ● Leadership   in   a   global   matrix   team   environment  
 ● Services   business   experience  
 ● Experience   in   Kalmar   type   of   products   
 ● Strong   business-   and   market   sense   and   mind-set  
 ● High   customer   focus  
 ● Delivering   results   and   meeting   customer   expectations  
 ● Commercial   and   financial   skills 
 ● Winning   atude  
 ● Relating   and   networking   capabilities  
 ● Communication   skills   are   very   important  
 ● Planning   and   organising

 ● Adapting   and   responding   to   change  
 ● Deciding   and   initiating  actions  
 ● Open   and   positive   attitude  
 ● Fluent   in   English.
