The Cargotec project Change & Communication team is looking for a summer trainee to support the team in various change and communication activities during the holiday period. We offer the trainee a versatile environment to develop skills in change management, internal communications and training. 

Ideally the trainee will join us during May-June and stay with the team until end of September. Preferred location is Kaarina or Helsinki. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Overall assistance and support in the project for the Change & Communication team
  • Support the team in communications, training material and other relevant tasks around new process implementation.

What you’ll need to succeed


We believe this is an interesting position for students in the field of communications and hope that the applicant is a third-year student or more.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to create visual communication presentations and material 
  • Good writing skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills
  • Experience in using Google tools (G Suite) is a benefit
  • Proactive and outspoken approach and a positive mindset.
