Purpose of the position


Position will be part of Communication and competence team in Mission Climate Programme. This role will be working together with Communications and Competency Lead. Role will participate in programme wide communication building, both content and format wise. Competency building will be created as change management and awareness building to drive Mission Climate awareness in the organization. Also  training and knowledge building activities to be planned and executed. Trainee’s role is to participate in all activities in stream with a hands on approach. 




  • Support and participate in programme communications and competency plan creation
  • Execute internal and external communications activities and stakeholder engagement
  • Create communications materials 
  • Support competence building activities, create materials and all other related arrangements:

- Climate Community of Practice coordination
- Identify and implement metrics to measure efficiency of communication, trainings and change activities

What you’ll need to succeed:



  • Communications, international business student



  • 1-2y work experience in any business field



  • Communications planning and execution in various formats
  • Competence building planning
  • Competence building activity coordination and material creation
  • Team player with can do attitude
  • Readiness to create proposals and ideas
  • Hands on content creation, capability facilitate discussion among stakeholders to reach right content.
  • Fluent English.
