We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and self-motivated Technical Lead, Technical Lead, Directory Services & Collaboration platforms to strengthen our Corporate End User Services & IM Foundation team and securing the future needs in the Hiab & MacGregor businesses. You will work in a global environment where you will be responsible to manage, support, deliver, and develop our Directory services & Collaboration platforms together with our service suppliers. You will also be a ‘guide’ for our service desk to improve their understanding of our environment and will participate in local, regional, and global projects.


The position is not limited to a specific region or location.

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Overall responsibility for our Active Directory framework & Google ecosystem as defined by and in cooperation with our ICT Architect. This includes: Google; Leading our Google Guide community and Google transformation initiatives; Leading training initiatives and ensure availability of training resources and materials; Monitor adoption rate of Google ecosystem and reduce dependencies to other platforms and tool sets; Provide strategic support for our business stakeholders with the help of our Google partner; Have a holistic view and understanding of the Google ecosystem and its potential for Cargotec. Identify and promote opportunities provided by the Google ecosystem; Lead the development and adaptation of available Google platform tools such as BigQuery, AppScript, AppSheet, LookerStudio etc.
  • Microsoft Active Directory- On prem AD (primary); Integration with Azure AD, Google Directory and others; DNS, DHCP, DFS, ADFS services; Authentication services; Radius services; SSL and PKI Certificates; Management and monitoring tools
  • Provide technical expertise for our service partners and business stakeholders
  • Contribute in creating and maintaining the roadmap and long term strategy for our Directory services & Google ecosystem services
  • Challenge technical solutions of providers if needed
  • Participate in designing the content for new business requirements, technologies, MAD (Merger, Acquisition, Divestment) projects and services.

What you’ll need to succeed


  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft AD/directory services technologies and standards.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Workspace and related elements.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration tools
  • Experienced at producing multi-tier, high-availability infrastructure architectures in an
  • Enterprise & cloud environment adhering to DR, Business Continuity and availability

  • Experience with directory and authentication management and monitoring tools
  • Experience in supporting Enterprise directory, identity and authentication platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English.
