We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Cargotec. In this role you will be assisting the CFO and SVP Communications with high-level administrative tasks related to Finance and Communication functions and other administrative related activities like organizing Investor Relations events. The position is based in Helsinki.
 
As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:


●    Calendar Management
●    Organising Audit and Risk Management Committee, AGM meetings, Investor and other function related meetings with internal and external parties
●    Arrange complex travels and manage travel expenses of CFO and SVP Communications
●    Coordinate corporate function travel statistics reporting
●    Support in function related purchase requests and invoice queries
●    Prepare documents, reports and presentations
●    Update content to various platforms such as company webpages, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
●    Assist with organising and executing events 
●    Support in ad-hoc administrative activities across the CFO function, Communications and Investor relations.
 

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

●    Minimum Master's degree in Business or similar
●    5 years of experience with administrative work or project work
●    Previous experience of providing support for external relations is an asset
●    Experience of organizing complex tasks
●    Stakeholder management experience
●    Excellent communication skills 
●    Self-driven, proactive, service minded and outgoing personality
●    Dynamic team player
●    Excellent organisational skills, good at multitasking and prioritising activities
●    Ability to stay calm in busy environment and situations
●    Full professional proficiency of written and oral English
●    Office software skills.
