Pricing and Inventory Specialist

Purpose of the position


The main roles of this position is to support the Global operation in the below aspects:

  1. Responsible for all pricing related issues, including selling price determination/analysis
  2. Responsible for Material master Management. Create/update materials data in Product Data Management software
  3. Responsible for inventory management through usage of Servigistics
  4. Responsible for forecast accuracy towards suppliers of spare parts
  5. Extracting of relevant data from several reporting platforms to analyse trend and propose initiatives
  6. Implement/amend processes to facilitate daily operations 
  7. Global key contact for any escalation from Frontlines 
  8. Key-user for SAP in relevant fields


  1. Administrating of excel pricing tool, ensuring database is up to date and conduct training to new users
  2. Manage all production & sales kits pricing info and MM
  3. Ensuring inventory settings in MM is in place
  4. Prepare price list uploads of respective SAP pricing conditions
  5. Addressing all Services portal(JIRA) requests
  6. Improving of inventory KPIs, propose replenishment strategy and generate monthly management report
  7. Ensure high availability of parts while managing obsolescence at a reasonable level globally
  8. Review inventory lines which require MOQ from suppliers and propose bulk purchasing possibility
  9. Ensuring sensible interface between SVG and SAP
  10. Managing expectation and providing solution to escalations/feedbacks received
  11. Implement process and coordinate refurbishment and upgrading projects to ensure successful delivery
  12. Learn and apply SAP knowledge across different functions

What you’ll need to succeed


  • Relevant tertiary education (preferably supply chain) or 3 years of related working experiences within equivalent industries


  • Work experience from similar industries will be essential
  • Supervisory experience of coordinating with teams globally will be an advantage


  • Good understanding of inventory management principles
  • Basic knowledge of Bromma spreaders or related field will be preferred
  • English proficiency in both written and verbal
  • Able to multi task effectively
  • Result oriented and able to cope with pressure
  • SAP trained
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (i.e. Excel, Ppt, Words)
  • Basic knowledge of programming, web designing, IT-related skill sets
  • Confident in presentation skills
  • Customer oriented with sense of urgency and ability to handle customers in a professional way
  • Uses a methodical and systematic approach
