Purpose of the position

Manage, monitor and support CSP AMER, SGME and SGMB ordersManage, monitor and support CSP AMER, SGME and SGMB orders

Main tasks and responsibilities

Order Processing

  • QSR/CR – Order processing
  • RUP – Order processing
  • SR (SCS) Repair – Order processing
  • Jira – ticketing and processing
  • RUP planner report & RUP monthly billing
  • Basware Invoice checking & review
  • Vendor/Customer Creation
  • Follow-up on open service order
  • Tag/link spreader SN to service order
  • Coordinate shipment/deliveries and shipping documents
  • Support spare-parts warranty claim via Jira & return orders
  • Recharge inter-company, credit note or debit – order processing
  • Monthly timesheet


  • Support the Senior Manager in achieving departmental and organisational targets
  • Update and maintain work instruction and Standard Operating Procedure
  • Meeting individual and department KPIs and PDP targets

What you’ll need to succeed


  • Diploma/University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management


  • Knowledge of SAP, JIRA, Bromma Select, Basware, Bromma Backyard and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office & G Suite
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping processes
  • Knowledge in Credit terms
