Purpose of the position

Manage, monitor and support CSP AMER, SGME and SGMB orders.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Order Processing

  • Manage CSP equipment order via Bromma Select, SAP, Salesforce and JIRA
  • Update excel files for order intake and sales figure
  • Liaison with order planning in factory on production slots, delays, discrepancies
  • Work with Finance team on invoicing
  • Control and matching of invoices from Ipoh vs orders. Verification of costs
  • Validation in BASWARE for invoices from factory
  • Support for Shipping department in terms of getting documentation needed
  • Digital file all documentation pertaining to each sales order


  • Support the Senior Manager in achieving departmental and organisational targets
  • Update and maintain work instruction and Standard Operating Procedure
  • Meeting individual and department KPIs and PDP targets

What you’ll need to succeed


  • Diploma/University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management


  • Knowledge of SAP, JIRA, Bromma Select, Basware, Bromma Backyard and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office & G Suite
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping processes
  • Knowledge in Credit terms
