Finance Internship

Purpose of the position

• Overseeing completeness, timely and accurate data entries of respective Functional Area
• Ensure smooth running of functional area (Review AP operation by Share service)
• Responsible for Dashboard on Subcon payroll and assist functional lead in any matters arising from subcon payroll
• Good communication skill on attending internal and external request
   

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Troubleshooting role on outstanding GR issues, missing invoices and invoice coding.  Exercises dispute solving skill on problematic invoices clearing issues at SAP. 
• Overseeing top 10 critical vendor reconciliation performed by Share services.
• Review Purchase Price Variance (PnL Analysis)
• Compile Department Spending analysis vs Budget.
• Support in Free Zone operation requirements (Custom Form completeness check)
• Policy Deployment update.
• Assist functional lead on drafting policy.
