Structural Analyst

Purpose of the position

Building on our extensive oil & gas expertise, we are developing a strong position as a provider of offshore renewable energy solutions.

We are looking for a motivated Structural Analyst preferable with experience in the offshore and marine industry to join our skilled team in Gdańsk. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure that the structural integrity of the products are according to customer and class society requirements
• Provide necessary structural documentation
• Participate during the entire design phase and collaborate actively with the mechanical engineering team to find the best solutions
• Proactively update all relevant parties on progress and possible risks in the projects
• Participate in both the tender- and project phase
• Work closely with the other engineering disciplines
• Be a role model with good work practices

What you’ll need to succeed

• University degree (MSc / BSc), engineering, or equivalent. 
• Relevant software experience (Ansys, Inventor, beam element programs, Excel, Mathcad etc) is an advantage
• Able to understand and work with offshore standards (DNV, ABS, CCS, BV etc)
• Strong communication and team-working skills across locations and countries
• Ability to plan and manage workload effectively
• Independent
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
