MacGregor is looking for a Digital Channel Solution Owner who will develop and grow e-commerce, digital, and self-service channels. In this position, you will be working closely with our IM (Information Management) and business partners, where you will plan and manage activities for each of these channels. It is essential that the candidate has a clear understanding of integration architecture and solutions. 
The location of the position is the UK. The role is open for candidates within the Bournemouth, Newcastle, and Aberdeen areas. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ownership of digital solutions, design, and documentation;
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding technical issues, upgrades, and release management;
• Co-operating with IT teams to ensure smooth development and transition to service;
• Accountable for compiling, reviewing, and maintaining digital channels and documentation;
• Tasks associated with the digital channels include Technical Support, Data Analysis and reporting, Troubleshooting, Customer Management and Platform Management;
• Work closely with Business Development Manager Digital Sales channels.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Relevant educational background or / and experience;
• Related work experience and eagerness to learn and grow;
• Technical acumen;
• Understand business demands;
• Create and execute Project plans, sprint release features, and triaging defects;
• Perform workshops, workflows, and processes;
• High-level skills in data analytics and sales tools;
• Ability to work in a global, matrix organisation;
• Fluent English language skills both written and spoken.
